Grays has started with just a single store owned in downtown Johannesburg and has no grown to 30 stores, being located in some of the country's premier shopping malls in "Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and East London" which attracts not only high-income South African consumers but also an ever-increasing number of tourists.
